I just wanted to give you all a heads up regarding the JETNET transfers system….there will be a short window where the transfers will have to be shut down (2 hours) in order to complete some administrative cutover.  I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, however this action is necessary in order to accomplish the cutover.

Please feel free to contact me on this if necessary.

Additionally, I have sent out to all GM’s and appropriate mngt personnel in order to get the word out.  This was also sent out on the Maint side as well.

RE: ATAB system used by TWU represented employees to manage transfers

It will be necessary to shut down ATAB today in order to transfer the information over to the JETNET system. ATAB will be shut down today at 4pm CST while that information transfer is being completed.  At 6pm CST, the JETNET Transfer System will be live and available to be utilized. 

Additionally, over the next 3-4 days, the ATAB icon that TWU represented employees are familiar with in order to submit transfers will be removed from ATAB designated sets and replaced with a new icon which takes them directly to the JETNET site.  The response icon below is what an employee will see if he/she tries to login using the old ATAB icon after 4pm CST today.  Please redirect employees to the JETNET Transfer site which may be found under the “Careers” tab.
