Don't forget...

If a field trip requires air travel, maintenance personnel without travel privileges cannot participate.  If you did not "Accept," i.e., agree to the travel authorization and consent terms by the deadline of December 31, 2006, your air travel privileges were revoked on January 1, 2007.  This includes pleasure, emergency, and business air travel.
